TAGO is built by a very small team. There is no phone line and no chat widget — there is an inbox, and a person reads it. Email [email protected] and we will reply, usually within one business day.
If you are writing about a specific trip, include the date and roughly what time it started. That is almost always enough for us to find it.
What to tell us
A charge you do not recognise
Send the date, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. Every charge in TAGO is tied to one ride, so we can tell you which trip it belongs to and who drove it.
Money owed to you as a driver
Your balance builds up in the app as trips complete, and stays there until you withdraw it. If a withdrawal did not arrive, tell us the date and the amount you requested — the balance is not lost, and a failed transfer is returned to it automatically.
Setting up payouts
Bank details are collected and held by Stripe, not by TAGO — we never see an account number. If the payouts screen will not load or will not accept your details, that is ours to fix, and we would like to know.
A safety concern about a trip
Report it from inside the app if you can, so it arrives attached to the ride and the people on it. If you cannot, email us. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 first — we are a small team and cannot be an emergency service.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from Profile → Settings in the app, and it takes effect immediately rather than entering a queue. Some records are kept where the law requires it; the Privacy Policy sets out exactly which and why.
Something is broken
Tell us what you tapped and what happened instead. A screenshot and the rough time are usually enough for us to find it in the logs.
In an emergency
Call 911. TAGO is not an emergency service and we cannot dispatch help. The app can share your live location with a contact you choose during a trip, and that is the fastest way to let someone know where you are — but it is not a substitute for calling.
The documents
The rules, and what we do with your data, are written down rather than summarised here:
